The son of a regional newspaper photographer, he got his start assisting his father at Wolverhampton Wanderers football matches. That led to college and lots of work experience at regional newspapers before a first full-time employment at a newspaper group at the age of 17.

With the unfortunate decline in revenue in the newspaper industry came the positive move towards self-employment and working closely with PR and marketing agencies. Also the rapid development of mirrorless cameras has brought new opportunities in the art of video production.

Ed feels privileged to work with top brands and agencies, as well as leading figures in sport, news and politics. He is always excited when projects allow him to meet new people and travel to new places.
